SHIPPING

Products are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to minimise the risk of breakage during transport. 

 

When I ship items out to customers, I pack them up very well and they are highly unlikely to be damaged. However, accidents do happen.

 

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please inform me by email on hello@studiogou.com with a photo of the damaged goods within 14 days after receiving the product. Externally recognizable defects on the packaging must be photographed on reception and reported to me immediately. If the package has visible defects on delivery, I ask you to photograph the package unopened. I will inform you how to proceed with the damaged goods. Please do not send me any unannounced goods.

For international orders, note that you as the purchaser will be responsible for paying any additional import taxes, duties, or VAT charges that your country may require.

RETURN § EXCHANGE
